Job summary

Stryker Group is seeking an experienced Learning Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and improve the delivery of routine training programs, ensuring alignment with GMPs, ISO13485, and corporate QMS. You will develop content, facilitate sessions, and support onboarding while maintaining training records and audit readiness.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to drive standard processes, manage training logistics, and support regional initiatives, while troubleshooting issues and reporting on

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, HR or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2–4 years in learning coordination, facilitation, content development, or LMS management.
  • Experience designing and developing eLearning content preferred.
  • Fluent written and spoken English (C1).
  • Knowledge of GMPs and ISO 13485 regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate training activities aligned with corporate and local QMS requirements.
  • Empower managers to fulfill training responsibilities and provide tools for long-term success.
  • Represent training processes during regulatory audits and support training records for qualifications.
  • Develop learning content based on business needs and requirements.
  • Facilitate training sessions and onboarding to ensure a positive learner experience.
  • Coordinate logistics, orientation documentation, and training schedules.
  • Update training procedures and supporting documentation as needed.
  • Troubleshoot course and access issues, manage ServiceNow tickets.
  • Review and execute training-related change controls and KPIs.
  • Collaborate to implement standard processes and identify improvements.
  • Assist in managing relationships with local vendors or institutions for training delivery.
  • Support regional training initiatives and NC/CAPA related to training outcomes.

Job description

Working hours: 14:00 - 22:00 (Central Europe Time)

Deliver, manage, and coordinate execution of routine training activities, supports learning content development, and ensures the effective execution of training processes.
This role partners with stakeholders and contributes to the continuous improvement of training programs and systems, acting as a point of contact for troubleshooting and process enhancements.

What you will do:
  • Support the implementation of training requirements aligned with Corporate, Divisional, and local QMS, while helping maintain readiness for current and future business needs.
  • Empower managers and process owners to fulfill their training process responsibilities, provide tools and resources to enable and sustain their long-term success.
  • Represent Technical Training processes during regulatory body audits/inspections and support requests for training records and/or evidence for qualification.
  • Develop learning content based on training needs and business requirements
  • Facilitate training sessions to employees and support onboarding activities, ensuring a positive learner experience.
  • Coordinate logistics for training events, manage orientation documentation, and maintain training schedules.
  • Update training procedures, plans, and supporting documentation, as required.
  • Troubleshoot course and access issues, manage ServiceNow tickets and system requests.
  • Review, approve, and execute training-related QMS change control tasks.
  • Collaborate with peers to implement standard processes and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Assist in managing relationships with local vendors or institutions for training delivery.
  • Support the implementation of local or geographically focused training initiatives.
  • Provide support for NC/CAPAs related to training outcomes or the training process.
  • Partner with stakeholders to assess training needs and determine priorities that translate into training requirements and/or programs to implement.
  • Act as an escalation point, drive collaboration with stakeholders and team members to resolve process/system issues, and deviations to drive them to resolution.
  • Generate and distribute training metrics and/or Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Perform additional duties and projects, as assigned, to support enterprise priorities.
What you will need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience).Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2-4 years of experience in learning coordination, facilitation, content development, or LMS management
  • Experience designing and developing eLearning content preferred.
  • Strong understanding of learning technologies (LMS, ServiceNow, content authoring tools).
Required Skills/Knowledge:
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated organizational and document management skills.
  • Experience in interacting with regulatory agencies (FDA, MoH, TUV, etc.) preferred.
  • Fluent in written and oral English – C1 Level (writing documents, meeting minutes, conference calls, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and ISO 13485 regulations.
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication.
  • Well versed with MS Office tools such as Word and PowerPoint; highly proficient with Excel spreadsheets.

Poland Pay Ranges:
  • Poland: zł123.200 - zł205.400 PLN Annual
