Job summary

Stryker Group in Poland seeks a Training Operations Support specialist to manage LMS data, onboarding activities, and training records across the organization. You will administer daily training operations, coordinate learner sessions, ensure compliance, and report KPIs while collaborating with global stakeholders and driving process improvements.

This role supports audits and inspections and helps maintain cGMP/quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• Minimum 1 year supporting training administration, LMS, or related processes.
• German, Polish and English at least B2, written and spoken.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel; working knowledge of Word/PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Administer LMS data, content, and training records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate onboarding activities, orientation sessions, and routine training events.
• Execute training assignments and learning plans within the LMS during process changes.
• Monitor content updates, reviews with stakeholders, and retraining decisions.
• Manage support requests and system transactions with timely resolution.
• Generate and distribute training metrics and KPIs to support objectives.
• Support audits and inspections with training records and documentation.
• Participate in continuous improvement and root cause investigations.

What You Will Do

• Administer daily training operations and maintain learning management system (LMS) data, content, and training records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate and facilitate onboarding activities, learner orientation sessions, and routine training events.
• Execute approved training assignments and learning plans within the LMS as part of quality and business process changes.
• Monitor training content updates, coordinate reviews with internal stakeholders, and implement retraining decisions when required.
• Manage support requests and system transactions, ensuring timely resolution or escalation of training-related issues.
• Generate, analyze, and distribute training metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support business and compliance objectives.
• Support audits and inspections by providing training records, qualification evidence, and related documentation.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, root cause investigations, and process enhancement activities to improve training effectiveness and operational efficiency.

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience supporting training administration, learning management systems, employee development programs, or related operational processes.
• German, Polish and English language skills at minimum B2 level, both written and spoken.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or training administration platforms.
• Knowledge of quality management systems and regulated environments.
• Exposure to regulatory standards such as Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), ISO 13485, or 21 CFR Part 820.
• Experience supporting audits, inspections, or training compliance activities.

Poland Pay Ranges:

• Poland: zł106.400 - zł177.400 PLN Annual
