Job summary

Samsara, a global leader in the Connected Operations Cloud, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer II / Tech Lead for the Agentic Platform in Poland with remote, B2B terms. You will drive architectural decisions, mentor engineers, and own feature delivery across frontend, backend, and mobile stacks using Go, GraphQL, TypeScript, React, and React Native.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant engineering experience, including hands-on work building and operating complex enterprise systems.
• Strong system design judgment, including service boundaries, dependencies, failure modes, performance, and safe changes to production systems.
• Experience leading delivery through deep ownership of a critical system or coordination across multiple services and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discussions with teammates to identify gaps in our telematics data platform and influence roadmap by setting direction and recommending solutions.
• Collaborate with other engineering teams to make design decisions and understand downstream implications in our product to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Ship features that deliver value to customers, consistently refining them based on gathered feedback.
• Deliver full stack features across multiple tiers (front-end, back-end and mobile).
