Job summary

Samsara in Poland is seeking an experienced software engineer to join an agentic platform that uses AI to help operations. You will own features end-to-end, design scalable systems, and mentor colleagues while collaborating with cross-functional teams across the company.

Qualifications

4+ years of relevant engineering experience with a track record of delivering production software.
Proven end-to-end ownership of a product, feature, or subsystem from design to iteration.
Ability to translate customer or business challenges into technical solutions.
Experience guiding delivery with engineers and product/design partners, including mentoring.

Responsibilities

Build foundational capabilities for Samsara's agentic experiences enabling AI agents to securely discover data, use tools, and execute workflows at scale.
Design systems for high throughput, availability, observability, security, and maintainability.
Apply AI assistants across design, implementation, testing, and review.
Improve frameworks, tooling, and engineering practices across teams.
Mentor engineers and contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy.
Champion Samsara's cultural principles at scale across offices.
