Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant engineering experience, shipping and improving production software.
• Ability to own product features end-to-end from design to iteration.
• Experience driving delivery with engineers and product partners, providing technical feedback.

Responsibilities

• Build foundational capabilities for agentic experiences and AI-enabled workflows at scale.
• Design high-throughput, available, observable, secure, and maintainable systems.
• Apply AI assistants across design, implementation, testing, and code reviews; own quality of deliverables.
• Mentor other engineers and contribute to architectural decisions and technical strategy.
• Champion Samsara’s cultural principles as the company scales globally and across offices.
