Samsara is hiring a Software Engineer I for the Agentic Platform EMEA team in Poland with remote work. You will contribute to services enabling autonomous physical operations, spanning reporting, admin, and platform features, using AI-native tooling and coding assistants.

The role emphasizes building scalable systems, API design, and collaboration across teams. A CS degree or equivalent experience is expected, with a flexible remote model and potential RSU/equity aspects.

Qualifications

• Strong fundamentals in programming, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience building full-stack services and APIs.
• Ability to explain technical choices and tradeoffs.
• AI-native development: using coding agents/assistants effectively.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build, test, and deliver full-stack products and services.
• Own the health and reliability of production systems at scale.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and support.
• Build APIs, event systems, and tools exposing data to apps and AI agents.
