Samsara is seeking a Sr. Software Engineer II / Tech Lead for the External Platform EMEA team in Poland. You will build an agentic platform enabling autonomous physical operations, lead technical direction, ship full-stack features, and mentor engineers while integrating AI into workflows.

Senior Software Engineer II / Tech Lead on the External Platform EMEA team building an agentic platform that understands operational context and takes action to make physical operations more autonomous. The role focuses on platform capabilities such as reporting and intelligence, enterprise administration, developer and agent platform services, and business‑critical infrastructure (billing, license assignment, usage metering).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical discussions, identify gaps in the telematics/data platform, and influence the roadmap.


• Collaborate with other engineering teams to make cross‑team design decisions and ensure a seamless customer experience.


• Ship features that deliver customer value and iterate based on feedback.


• Deliver full‑stack features across frontend, backend, and mobile (teams use GoLang, GraphQL, Typescript, React, ReactNative among other technologies).


• Maintain production systems owned by the team and provide operational support.


• Shape core architecture and contribute to engineering‑wide roadmaps and standards.

• Annual base salary range (PLN): 638350 — 751000.


• Eligible for an initial RSU grant with no vesting cliff and ongoing refresh opportunities subject to plan terms.


• Total compensation includes base, performance‑based bonus/variable pay, and equity for eligible roles.
