Role
Software Engineer I on the Agentic Platform EMEA team. Contribute to services and products that enable more autonomous physical operations, including reporting and intelligence, enterprise administration, developer/agent platform features, and business-critical infrastructure like billing and usage metering.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, build, test, and deliver full-stack products and services.
- Own the success and operational health of production systems at scale.
- Collaborate with engineers, platform and infrastructure teams, product managers, designers, and support.
- Build APIs, event systems, integrations, and tools that expose operational data and actions to applications and AI agents.
- Use AI-enabled development tools throughout design, implementation, testing, and production investigations.
- Go, GraphQL, Typescript, React, MySQL
- Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and event/API platform concepts
- Strong fundamentals in programming, data structures, algorithms, and debugging (computer science degree or equivalent practical experience).
- Demonstrated experience building working software (projects, internships, open-source, or professional work) and ability to explain technical choices.
- An AI-native approach to engineering: experience using coding agents/assistants and ability to critically evaluate their output.
- Evidence of quick learning, acting on feedback, and taking ownership of well-defined problems.
- Clear communication and collaborative working style.
Nice-to-Haves / Preferred Experience
- Experience in building scalable media processing/streaming applications.
- Background in reporting/data systems, enterprise administration (permissions, metadata, onboarding automation), developer/agent platforms (APIs, event-driven systems, integrations, MCP), billing and monetization systems, or full-stack product development.
- Annual base salary range listed: 300,900 zł — 354,000 zł PLN (base pay may vary by location and experience).
- Eligible for an initial RSU grant (no vesting cliff) and ongoing refresh opportunities, plus performance-based bonus/variable pay and equity where applicable.
