ICON, a global healthcare intelligence and clinical research organisation, is seeking a Site Contracts Negotiator II (German speaker) in Warsaw. You will independently manage negotiation and execution of clinical trial agreements and budgets, collaborating with sites and internal stakeholders to support efficient study start-up.

Your role requires fluency in German and English, a background in contract management within CRO/pharma, and strong negotiation and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in law, business, life sciences, or related field.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Experience in site contracting or clinical trial agreements.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple contracts and deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Negotiate site contracts and budgets with investigators under defined parameters.
• Review and tailor contract language to sponsor needs and local laws.
• Manage a portfolio of contracts and monitor cycle times.
• Collaborate with legal, finance and project teams.
• Maintain records of negotiations and approvals.
• Support improvements to templates and processes and mentor juniors.
