Job summary

CD PROJEKT RED is seeking a Senior Shared Tech QA Analyst to join the Shared Tech QA function. You will test shared engine systems, tools and pipelines across multiple products, driving quality improvements and long-term maintainability.

You will work with engineers, technical artists and partner teams to resolve issues and optimize test coverage. The role requires 5+ years in technical QA, fluency in English, and experience with CI/CD, Perforce and multi-platform testing (PC/console).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Tech QA Analyst or in a similar senior QA role.
• Experience coordinating QA across internal teams and external partners.
• Hands-on testing across engine systems, tools, pipelines and cross-project features.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive testing of shared engine systems, tools and pipelines across multiple teams.
• Develop, execute and optimize test cases and plans for long-term maintainability.
• Collaborate with shared tech developers, tools programmers and technical artists to resolve issues.
• Analyze test results and identify systemic root causes to improve robustness.
• Participate in risk assessments and quality strategy planning.
• Create quality reports and dashboards to highlight cross-project trends.
