Job summary

CD PROJEKT RED Group seeks aSenior Shared Tech QA Analyst to join the Shared Tech QA function in Warsaw. You will test shared engine systems, tools and pipelines, and collaborate across studio teams to ensure stability and long-term maintainability.

You will develop advanced test plans (manual and automated), drive quality improvements, and mentor teams on QA best practices. Strong game-engine knowledge and English fluency are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Tech QA Analyst or similar senior QA role.
• Hands-on contribution to at least one shipped AA/AAA title.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies for complex systems (integration, regression, performance).
• Experience validating technologies built on game engines (Unreal/Unity/REDengine).
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Test shared engine systems, tools, pipelines, and cross-project features across multiple teams.
• Design and optimize reusable manual and automated test cases and plans.
• Collaborate with shared tech developers, tools programmers, and technical artists to identify and resolve issues.
• Analyze results, identify root causes, and improve robustness and performance of shared tech.
• Participate in risk assessments, quality strategy planning and process improvements.
• Create and refine quality reports and dashboards for cross-project insights.
