Job summary

CD PROJEKT RED is seeking a Senior Shared Tech QA Analyst to join our Shared Tech QA team. You will test shared engine systems, tools, pipelines, and cross-project features across platforms, driving stability and quality across multiple games.

You will design advanced test strategies, collaborate with developers, technical artists, and project teams, and contribute to risk assessments, dashboards, and technical documentation. English fluency and a track record on AAA titles are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Tech QA Analyst or similar senior role.
• Hands-on experience supporting at least one shipped AA/AAA title.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies for complex systems (integration, regression, performance, stress, long-term stability).
• Experience validating technologies built on or integrated with game engines (Unreal, Unity, Godot, REDengine/REDkit).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Perforce.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Test shared engine systems, tools, pipelines, and cross-project features across multiple teams.
• Develop, execute, and optimize advanced, reusable test cases, test suites, and test plans (manual and automated).
• Collaborate with shared technology developers, tools programmers, technical artists, and downstream project teams to identify and resolve issues.
• Analyze test results, identify systemic root causes, and provide actionable insights to improve robustness and adoption of shared tech.
• Participate in risk assessments, quality strategy planning, and process improvements.
• Create and refine quality reports and dashboards using data/analytics tools.
• Maintain technical documentation for shared technologies, including test coverage guidelines and QA best practices.
• Mentor and support other QA team members through knowledge sharing and best practices.
