Job summary

CD PROJEKT RED is seeking a QA Engineering Manager to build and lead our QA Engineering function, with an initial focus on Witcher 4 and future titles.

You will own automation frameworks, tools and pipelines, collaborating closely with Engineering, DevOps and Production to ship stable, testable builds and drive continuous improvement.

This role also focuses on mentoring engineers, planning resources, and providing strategic direction for cross-project QA capabilities across the studio.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading QA engineering teams in AAA or large-scale projects.
• Experience with automated test frameworks and engine-based projects.
• Strong CI/CD and build pipeline integration experience.
• Ability to mentor senior engineers and drive cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the QA Engineering team focused on Witcher 4.
• Define and evolve QA strategy and reusable cross-project solutions.
• Design and maintain automation frameworks and diagnostics.
• Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps and Production to CI/CD integration.
• Establish metrics and drive continuous improvement with data.
• Communicate status and roadmaps to stakeholders.
