Accenture Poland is seeking an experienced ServiceNow GRC/IRM specialist to lead end-to-end implementations for enterprise clients. You will analyze governance and risk requirements, translate them into scalable platform solutions, and configure risk, compliance, audit, and vendor risk processes.

You will collaborate with architects, developers, and client teams while mentoring junior consultants. You will also support pre-sales activities, contribute to capability development, and participate

Qualifications

5+ years of experience with ServiceNow, including GRC/IRM modules (Risk, Compliance, Audit, Vendor Risk).
Strong ability to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Proven track record delivering end-to-end ServiceNow IRM implementations and leading client workshops.

Responsabilités

Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow GRC/IRM solutions for enterprise clients.
Analyze governance, risk, and compliance requirements and translate them into scalable platform solutions.
Configure and optimize Risk Management, Compliance, Audit, and Vendor Risk processes within ServiceNow.
Conduct workshops with business and technical stakeholders, providing best-practice recommendations.
Collaborate with architects, developers, and client teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Support pre-sales activities, solution demonstrations, and effort estimations.
Mentor junior consultants and contribute to ServiceNow capability development.
