Job summary

Accenture Poland is seeking an experienced ServiceNow GRC/IRM specialist to lead end-to-end implementations for enterprise clients. You will analyze governance and risk requirements, translate them into scalable platform solutions, and configure risk, compliance, audit, and vendor risk processes.

You will collaborate with architects, developers, and client teams while mentoring junior consultants. You will also support pre-sales activities, contribute to capability development, and participate

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow, including GRC/IRM modules (Risk, Compliance, Audit, Vendor Risk).
• Strong ability to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end ServiceNow IRM implementations and leading client workshops.

Flexible

The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office, depending on specific project circumstances. Here’s What You’ll Need

• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow, including strong expertise in GRC/IRM modules (Risk, Compliance, Audit, Vendor Risk).
• Proven track record delivering end-to-end ServiceNow IRM implementations.
• Strong understanding of governance, risk management, compliance, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, SOX).
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, workflows, integrations, and reporting.
• Ability to lead client workshops, manage stakeholders, and mentor junior team members.
• Professional English and Polish communication skills enabling effective collaboration in international environments.
