Job summary

Cronos Europa is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to support maintenance, implementation, and customization of ServiceNow solutions for a leading European institution. The role involves developing, testing, deploying enhancements, and ensuring secure, scalable service management across international teams.

The successful candidate will work with architects, administrators, and business stakeholders, contribute to platform upgrades, and deliver high-quality documentation and solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience developing and configuring ServiceNow solutions.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture and capabilities.
• Experience with ServiceNow customization, workflows, forms, catalog items, and business rules.
• Experience developing, testing, and deploying platform enhancements.
• Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and processes.
• Ability to produce clear technical and operational documentation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow solutions to meet business and technical requirements.
• Analyse and assess new functional requirements and propose effective technical solutions.
• Develop, test, validate, and deploy ServiceNow enhancements and custom applications.
• Conduct application reviews and code reviews to ensure quality, maintainability, and security.
• Collaborate with architects, administrators, and cross-functional teams on development initiatives.
• Manage and maintain ServiceNow platform components, configurations, and integrations.
• Support ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and platform releases.
• Troubleshoot incidents, resolve defects, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure the proper functioning of integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.
• Provide day-to-day operational support and implement service improvements.
• Produce and maintain technical, operational, and user documentation.
• Contribute to solution design activities and provide technical recommendations.
• Support project planning, implementation activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to platform security, risk management, and operational resilience practices.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with best practices and governance standards.
