The successful candidate will be responsible for defining architecture standards, translating business needs into technical solutions, and ensuring the performance, security and scalability of the platform.

• Provide architectural guidance to development teams

• Produce and maintain technical documentation

Profile requirements

• Minimum 8 years of IT professional experience
• At least 3 years in a similar ServiceNow Architect role
• Higher education degree (minimum Level 4)
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or equivalent
• Strong experience in ServiceNow platform architecture and design
• Good knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM)
• Experience with integrations (REST, Web Services, LDAP, SSO)
• Experience with modelling tools (e.g. Sparx EA, ARIS)
• Understanding of complex systems and interoperability
• Knowledge of IT security standards
• English: C1 minimum
