Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of IT relevant professional experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Experience in creating customized solutions of the ServiceNow platform.
Experience in administration and maintenance of ServiceNow in a devops role.
Experience in managing the backend of ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

Implement new configurations and customizations of ServiceNow platform.
Testing and validating proposed changes.
Manage and maintain ServiceNow instance ensuring functionality and security compliance.
Analyse and resolve application related incidents and perform bug fixes.
Support ServiceNow Architect and ServiceNow Administrator in solution architecture.
