Job summary

EPAM Systems in Poland seeks a Senior ServiceNow Architect to lead our ServiceNow Practice into its next era of innovation. You will design and implement enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions, guiding engineers and collaborating with partners to translate client needs into scalable architectures.

Qualifications

ServiceNow expertise (12+ years) delivering enterprise-grade solutions.
Creative problem-solving in fast-paced environments.

Lifelong learner who stays ahead of industry trends and technologies.
ServiceNow certifications are highly desirable.
Excellent written and verbal English (B2+).

Responsibilities

Design and implement ServiceNow solutions driving business excellence.
Push boundaries with latest platform capabilities for transformative results.
Guide engineers and developers; manage knowledge base artefacts.
Collaborate with ServiceNow and clients to translate needs into scalable architectures.
Architect and design products using ServiceNow modules and build EPAM IP.
Set standards for development, integration, and governance; design for AI in ServiceNow projects.
Support marketing activities and organize knowledge-sharing events.
