EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Architect in Poland to lead our ServiceNow Practice into a new era of innovation. You will drive end-to-end transformation, combining cloud, data, and AI to deliver scalable enterprise solutions with measurable business impact.

You will guide senior engineers, shape architecture, and collaborate with clients and partners to translate complex needs into robust ServiceNow architectures.

Qualifications

• Deep ServiceNow expertise and enterprise-grade delivery track record.
• Ability to lead and mentor engineers and manage cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Proven ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
• Familiarity with AI, cloud and data integration for ServiceNow platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions for business excellence.
• Leverage latest ServiceNow capabilities to deliver transformative results.
• Lead engineers and foster collaboration, growth and learning.
• Translate client needs into scalable ServiceNow architectures.
• Architect and design products using ServiceNow modules and build IP.
