EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Consultant to lead design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow solutions for enterprise clients. You will shape intelligent workflows, guide engineers, and drive governance and security across projects.

The role emphasizes leadership, architecture expertise, and the ability to translate client needs into scalable ServiceNow architectures, with opportunities for remote work within Poland and occasional international collaboration.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of proven delivery across multiple ServiceNow domains (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc).
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, integrations and development best practices.
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities with a track record of growing talent.
• Creative problem solving with curiosity and ingenuity in complex environments.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD or equivalents) demonstrate mastery and commitment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions that drive enterprise efficiency and business value.
• Push platform capabilities to deliver transformative outcomes across clients and industries.
• Lead engineers, manage consultancy artefacts in Knowledge Base, and foster a collaborative learning culture.
• Collaborate with ServiceNow, partners, and clients to translate needs into scalable architectures.
• Create and design products using ServiceNow modules, building EPAM intellectual property.
