Qualifications

• 12+ years of delivering complex ServiceNow projects across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, integrations, and development best practices.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and team growth.
• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS, CAD, or others).
• Excellent English communication (B2+).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cutting-edge ServiceNow solutions that drive business excellence.
• Push boundaries with ServiceNow platform capabilities to deliver transformative results.
• Guide engineers and developers, fostering collaboration and growth.
• Manage practice artefacts in the Knowledge Base.
• Create and design products and solutions using ServiceNow modules.
