Atos is seeking an experienced Forward Deployed AI Engineer – ServiceNow in Poland to design and deliver AI-powered solutions, intelligent workflows, and reusable accelerators across the ServiceNow portfolio. You’ll collaborate with architects, product leaders, and engineering teams to build scalable platform capabilities and accelerate AI-driven automation.

The role requires deep ServiceNow expertise, 7+ years of experience, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience delivering ServiceNow solutions in enterprise or consulting environments.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform across enterprise modules and custom applications.
• Build intelligent workflows using ServiceNow AI capabilities including Now Assist, GenAI Skills, AI Agents, AI Search, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, and Flow Designer.
• Develop AI-powered automation solutions and conversational experiences that improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.
• Configure workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, script includes, service catalogs, and integrations.
• Develop and maintain scoped applications using ServiceNow Studio and platform best practices.

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Forward Deployed AI Engineer – ServiceNow to drive innovation at the intersection of ServiceNow, Generative AI, and enterprise automation. In this global role, you will design and deliver next-generation AI-powered solutions, intelligent workflows, and reusable accelerators that strengthen our ServiceNow portfolio and help shape the future of digital transformation.

You will work closely with architects, product leaders, engineering teams, and business stakeholders across regions to build scalable platform capabilities, develop differentiated intellectual property, and accelerate the adoption of AI-driven automation. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep ServiceNow expertise with a passion for emerging AI technologies and enterprise-scale innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform across enterprise modules and custom applications.
• Build intelligent workflows using ServiceNow AI capabilities including Now Assist, GenAI Skills, AI Agents, AI Search, Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, and Flow Designer.
• Develop AI-powered automation solutions and conversational experiences that improve operational efficiency and business outcomes.
• Configure workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, script includes, service catalogs, and integrations.
• Develop and maintain scoped applications using ServiceNow Studio and platform best practices.
• Design and implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and external enterprise platforms.
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
• Contribute to the development of reusable frameworks, accelerators, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Participate in architecture discussions, solution design workshops, and technical governance activities.
• Ensure adherence to development standards, security guidelines, and ServiceNow best practices.
• Support platform upgrades, release management activities, deployments, and production stabilization.
• Perform technical troubleshooting, root cause analysis, testing, and defect resolution.

What You Need To Succeed

• 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and platform engineering.
• Hands-on experience delivering ServiceNow solutions in enterprise or consulting environments.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes.
• Experience with multiple ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HRSD, CSM, ITOM, Service Catalog, or Custom Applications.
• Experience implementing ServiceNow AI capabilities including Now Assist, GenAI Skills, AI Agents, Agentic Workflows, AI Search, or Predictive Intelligence.
• Knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, scoped applications, update sets, and CI/CD practices.
• Experience with enterprise integrations and workflow automation initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders in a global environment.
• Very good English communication skills (minimum B2 level).

Nice to have

• Experience with Agent-to-Agent (A2A) and Model Context Protocol (MCP) integration approaches.
• Understanding of GenAI and Agentic AI architectures and enterprise use cases.
• Exposure to CRM workflows and customer operations processes.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and AWS.
• Experience with low-code/no-code automation platforms.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.
• Knowledge of DevOps and release management practices.
• ServiceNow AI-related project experience.
