Job summary

Intellias is seeking a Senior ServiceNow AI Developer to lead end-to-end ITSM solutions, including AI-powered Now Assist. You will design, develop, test, deploy, and support scalable, secure ServiceNow environments with strong governance practices.

The role requires hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and virtual agent implementations, plus collaboration with architects and stakeholders to drive automation and enterprise impact.

Qualifications

8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
Demonstrated experience implementing multiple Now Assist skills in production.
Experience designing adoption and governance for AI-enabled ITSM.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, and enhance ServiceNow ITSM solutions including Change, Request, Knowledge, Service Catalog and Analytics.
Build and maintain workflows, Flow Designer automations, SLAs, notifications, approvals, and integrations.
Perform technical design, development, unit testing, deployment, and post-production support.
Ensure solutions align with business requirements, best practices, and architecture standards.
Lead automation initiatives within ITSM and design Flow Designer, Integration Hub orchestrations, and intelligent ticket handling.
