Job summary

Intellias invites a senior ServiceNow specialist to lead AI initiatives on the ServiceNow platform, including Build Agent, Now Assist, and generative AI capabilities. You will architect and deliver solutions while staying hands-on with reviews and complex implementations.

You will identify opportunities to embed AI across business processes, workflows, and platform services to maximize business value and stay ahead of industry trends with ongoing recommendations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities (Now Assist or AI agents).
• Experience with ServiceNow Build Agent, IDE, and fluent developments.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and delivery of AI-powered solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Stay hands-on in solution architecture, reviews, and complex AI implementations.

Intellias' mission is to support its strategy and efforts in the Digital and e-commerce space (e-commerce and other apps, mobile apps, payment gateways, loyalty system, search engine, employee management, identity management, etc.)

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform, including solution design, development, platform engineering, or architecture roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities, particularly in designing, configuring, and implementing solutions using Now Assist and/or agentic AI capabilities
• Hands-on experience in ServiceNow Build Agent, IDE and Fluent developments

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of AI-powered solutions on the ServiceNow platform, leveraging capabilities such as Build Agent, Now Assist, Generative AI, AI Agents, and related technologies.
• Remain hands-on in solution architecture, design reviews, technical problem solving, proof of concepts, and complex AI implementations
• Identify opportunities to embed AI capabilities across business processes, workflows, and platform services to maximize business value.
• Evaluate emerging ServiceNow AI capabilities and industry trends, providing recommendations on how they can be applied within the organization.
