Summary

The Scrum Master serves as an Execution Leader facilitating Agile processes to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives for embedded banking and API platform management.

Main Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach team members on effective methodologies.
• Organize and lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Foster a high-performing, self-organizing team culture that emphasizes collaboration and accountability.
• Manage strategic initiatives, planning, and execution tracking throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Identify blockers and coordinate solutions, ensuring timely decision-making.
• Drive AI opportunities that enhance productivity and efficiency within the team.

Key Requirements

• Experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or Project Manager in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-team coordination capabilities.
• Understanding of API-based architectures and modern software development practices.
• Understanding of Open Banking and financial services technology ecosystems is a strong advantage.
• Ability to engage with technical and business stakeholders without requiring hands‑on technical expertise.
• Interest in AI-driven working methods and automation solutions.

Nice to Have

• Experience in financial services, banking, payments, or Open Banking.

This role is located in Poland - Gdańsk.

Contract terms and duration are to be discussed based on project needs.

Location: Hybrid - (2-3 days a week in the office Gdańsk)

Rate: max 155 pln/h net + VAT, B2B
