Job summary

emagine is seeking a Scrum Master to serve as an Execution Leader, facilitating Agile processes to ensure successful delivery of banking API platform initiatives in a hybrid setup in Gdańsk.

The role requires coaching teams in ceremonies, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and continuous improvement, with a focus on API-based architectures and Open Banking in a financial services context.

Qualifications

• Experience as Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or Project Manager in a tech environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-team coordination capabilities.
• Understanding of API-based architectures and modern software development practices.
• Understanding of Open Banking and financial services tech ecosystems is a strong plus.
• Ability to engage with technical and business stakeholders without requiring hands-on coding.
• Interest in AI-driven working methods and automation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coach team members on effective methodologies.
