Job summary

SeaRenergy Offshore Holding GmbH in Poland seeks an experienced Scheduler (m/f/d) for Project Planning & Controls on a major offshore wind development project in Northern Europe. You will develop integrated schedules and coordinate across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning teams.

Role demands several years in project scheduling and controls, proficiency with Primavera P6 or MS Project, and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a comparable discipline.
• Several years of experience in project scheduling and project controls within offshore wind, energy, or major EPC infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in planning software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or comparable scheduling tools.
• Experience with progress monitoring, critical path analysis, schedule forecasting, project reporting and software applications.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in multidisciplinary and international project teams.
• Fluent English.
• Structured and solution-oriented approach

Responsibilities

• Developing, maintaining, and updating integrated project schedules throughout all project phases.
• Monitoring project progress, identifying schedule deviations, and supporting the implementation of recovery and mitigation plans.
• Coordinating planning activities across engineering, procurement, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning teams.
• Preparing schedule analyses, progress reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for internal and external stakeholders.
• Supporting project controls activities, including schedule risk assessments, critical path analysis, and change management.
• Ensuring planning deliverables are aligned with contractual requirements, project milestones, and reporting standards.
