Due to our continued success and growth, we are searching for an experienced Project Planner to be a part of the Wood Thilsted team and to support the future development of the company.
As our new Project Planner, you will be involved in major design projects throughout Europe and Asia. You will report to the Head of Project Excellence and Governance, and you will be working in close collaboration with project managers across our project delivery and engineering teams.
Planning is one of the key success factors in delivering complex offshore wind projects and structured governance, transparent reporting, and proactive risk management directly influence project performance and decision-making. You will not only manage schedules but act as a trusted partner to project management-driving alignment across technical disciplines and client interfaces.
Our project portfolio consists of a large number of small and medium-sized projects and a few large multidisciplinary projects. Your main focus will be on the larger complex projects, but you will also be managing sub- portfolios.

The primary work location will be Warsaw in Poland, with the opportunity to spend a portion of your week working from home. You should expect some travelling in relation to your work.
