Job summary

SeaRenergy Offshore Holding GmbH in Northern Europe seeks a Document Controller (m/f/d) to support a major offshore wind development project. You will manage and control engineering and project documentation throughout the lifecycle, ensuring registration, distribution, tracking and archiving according to procedures.

The role involves EDMS proficiency (Aconex, Thinkproject, Asite) and collaboration with clients, contractors and project teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Management or a comparable qualification.
• Experience in document control within offshore wind, EPC, construction or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency with EDMS such as Aconex, Thinkproject, Asite or comparable platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent English; additional European languages advantageous.
• Structured, reliable and proactive working style.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control engineering and project documentation throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure documents are registered, distributed, tracked and archived in accordance with project procedures
• Maintain document control systems and metadata while ensuring data integrity
• Coordinate document reviews, approvals and transmittals between clients, contractors and project teams
• Monitor document status, revision history and compliance with project requirements
• Prepare regular reporting on documentation progress and outstanding actions
