Job summary

Elbe 1 GmbH, part of SeaRenergy Group, seeks a Project Manager (m/f/d) – Client & Resource Coordination in Gdynia, Poland. You will lead client engagement, coordinate engineering consultants and resources, and oversee contracts and budgets across offshore wind projects.

The role requires a university degree and several years in project management, with strong English and a proactive, solution-oriented approach. Hybrid travel within Poland and Germany is expected.

Qualifications

• Completed university degree in a relevant discipline.
• Several years of experience in project management or coordination.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and external providers.
• Experience in contract management or procurement support is a plus.
• Professional proficiency in English; German and/or Polish advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for clients during project execution.
• Coordinate and manage engineering consultants, specialists, and resources.
• Support preparation, negotiation, and administration of service and subcontractor contracts.
• Monitor budgets, timesheets, invoicing, and cost tracking.
• Support planning, reporting, risk management, and delivery across offshore wind projects.
