Job summary

Elbe 1 GmbH, part of SeaRenergy Group, seeks a Project Manager (m/f/d) – Client & Resource Coordination in Gdynia, Poland. You will lead client engagement, coordinate engineering consultants and resources, and oversee contracts and budgets across offshore wind projects.

The role requires a university degree and several years in project management, with strong English and a proactive, solution-oriented approach. Hybrid travel within Poland and Germany is expected.

Qualifications

• Completed university degree in a relevant discipline.
• Several years of experience in project management or coordination.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and external providers.
• Experience in contract management or procurement support is a plus.
• Professional proficiency in English; German and/or Polish advantageous.

Elbe 1 GmbH is a leading consultancy company based in Hamburg, Germany, specializing in project management, engineering, design, and certification activities within the offshore wind and renewable energy industry. With a global reach, we provide comprehensive services encompassing strategy development, planning, early design consultancy, and project execution, right through to the operational phase of offshore wind farms.

To support our growing offshore wind activities and new project opportunities, we are currently seeking an experienced

Project Manager (m/f/d) – Client & Resource Coordination

Location: Gdynia, Poland (preferred) or Hamburg, Germany, with regular travel to Poland.

As part of your role, we will entrust you with the following responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout project execution.
• Coordinate and manage engineering consultants, specialists, and other project resources.
• Support the preparation, negotiation, and administration of service agreements and subcontractor contracts.
• Monitor resource allocation, project budgets, timesheets, invoicing, and cost tracking activities.
• Support project planning, reporting, risk management, and overall project delivery across offshore wind and renewable energy projects.

• Completed university degree in industrial engineering, business administration, project management, renewable energy, maritime studies, engineering, economics, or a comparable discipline.
• Several years of experience in project management, project coordination, consulting, engineering services, renewable energy, offshore wind, maritime industries, or other complex project environments.
• Experience in coordinating multiple stakeholders, external service providers, consultants, contractors, or project resources.
• Experience in commercial project administration, contract management, procurement support, resource planning, or project controlling is considered an advantage.
• Professional proficiency in English; German and/or Polish language skills are considered an advantage.
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications; experience with project management and resource planning tools is beneficial.
• Strong organisational and communication skills combined with a structured, proactive, and solution-oriented way of working.

The salary range (gross annual salary) for this position is between €60.000 and €75.000.
