Job summary

SeaRenergy Offshore Holding GmbH in Poland is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer (m/f/d) High Voltage Systems to support a major offshore wind development project in Northern Europe. You will provide technical expertise for HV systems, review designs, coordinate interfaces between substations, export cables and grid, and ensure compliance with international standards.

Fluent English required; other European languages are advantageous; join an international team and help shape the energy

Qualifications

Degree in Electrical Engineering with HV/Power Systems focus.
Experience in offshore wind or large-scale energy projects.
Knowledge of offshore substations and HV equipment.
Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary interfaces.
Fluent English; other European languages a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide technical expertise for high voltage systems throughout development and execution.
Review HV designs, specs, and documentation.
Coordinate interfaces between substations, export cables and grid.
Ensure compliance with standards and client specs.
Coordinate clarifications with contractors and suppliers.
Support reviews, FATs, commissioning prep and risk assessments.
