DXC Technology in Poland is seeking a hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Solution Architect to own end-to-end HR technology transformations. You will drive architecture across the full SAP SuccessFactors module landscape, guide integrations with ECC HCM, S/4HANA, payroll vendors, and lead cross-functional teams through every SAP Activate phase.

You will mentor consultants, support pre-sales activities, define target-state landscapes, and ensure security, compliance, and quality.

Qualifications

• 5+ full lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors implementations as Architect or Lead.
• 10-15 years of progressive experience in SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors.
• Demonstrated experience in end-to-end project delivery using the SAP Activate Methodology.
• Experience migrating from SAP ECC HCM to SAP SuccessFactors (cloud-hosted).

Responsabilités

• Define end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors HXM solution architecture and landscape.
• Lead cross-functional teams; mentor consultants and business analysts.
• Oversee integration, data migration, and test strategy across deployments.
• Support pre-sales with architecture assessments and roadmaps.
