Job summary

SD Worx in Katowice is hiring a Payroll Specialist to independently manage end-to-end payroll for clients under various collective agreements. You will handle labour law queries, social security, and tax matters, while producing payroll reports and supporting implementation projects.

You will also share knowledge with junior colleagues, mentor during onboarding, and contribute to service excellence with a strong customer focus and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Manage full payroll process from A to Z for clients under different collective agreements
• Act as first point of contact for labour law, social security, and tax questions with authorities and providers
• Prepare payroll reports and statistics
• Participate in client projects and support payroll transition/implementation
• Mentor juniors during onboarding and training period

What can you expect in this role?

• You independently manage the full payroll process from A to Z for our clients and enjoy the variety that comes with working under different collective agreements.

• As the first point of contact for labour law, social security, and tax-related questions, you solve complex issues and communicate with authorities, health insurance providers, and tax offices.

• Payroll administration, as well as preparing reports and statistics, will be a key part of your responsibilities.

• In this exciting role, you will participate in client projects and support smooth payroll transition and implementation processes.

• As an experienced Payroll Specialist, you enjoy sharing your knowledge with junior colleagues and supporting them during their onboarding and training period.

What do you bring?

• Previous experience in Austrian payroll administration and can demonstrate expertise combined with a structured way of working.

• A completed payroll qualification/certification and solid MS Office skills.

• Excellent German language skills and good English language skills.
