Job summary

Seargin is seeking a seasoned IT Project Manager specializing in SAP to lead end-to-end SAP implementations and transformations for multinational clients. The role emphasizes governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication, with strong leadership in multi-vendor environments.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across SAP modules, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure successful Go-Live and Hypercare while maintaining client satisfaction and project transparency.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in IT project management, with at least 5 years in SAP projects.
• Proven track record delivering 2–3 full SAP implementations or S/4HANA transformations.
• Deep knowledge of SAP lifecycle and SAP Activate methodology.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, migrations, and integrations.
• Excellent English (C1) and strong stakeholder management.
• Ability to lead multi-vendor, international projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP implementation and transformation projects from initiation to go-live and hypercare.
• Manage SAP S/4HANA projects across greenfield, brownfield, and data-transition scenarios.
• Plan scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risks; ensure quality and governance.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary SAP teams across FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, EWM, HCM, ABAP and more.
• Ensure alignment with SAP Activate, PMO standards, and client governance.
• Prepare steering committee meetings, status updates, and go/no-go decisions.
• Monitor progress, budget, resources, and readiness across stakeholders.
• Lead communications with enterprise clients, sponsors, PMO, and IT teams.
