Job summary

LAPP is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead ERP and SAP transformation programs, delivering business- and IT-driven initiatives across complex landscapes. The role requires proven project management expertise, multi-project leadership, and strong collaboration with business and technology stakeholders.

You will partner with SAP and non-SAP applications, apply Agile and Waterfall methods, manage budgets and risks, and drive value realization while traveling as needed.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years IT project/program management, including ERP transformations.
• Proven SAP project delivery experience (S/4HANA, ECC, migrations, integrations, rollouts).
• Experience with non-SAP enterprise applications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP, SAP, business and IT transformation projects from initiation to delivery.
• Manage multiple projects and portfolios, prioritizing resources and dependencies.
• Define scope, timelines, budgets, governance, and success metrics.
