Job summary

Seargin is seeking a seasoned IT Project Manager specializing in SAP to lead end-to-end SAP implementations and transformations for multinational clients. The role emphasizes governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication, with strong leadership in multi-vendor environments.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across SAP modules, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure successful Go-Live and Hypercare while maintaining client satisfaction and project transparency.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in IT project management, with at least 5 years in SAP projects.
• Proven track record delivering 2–3 full SAP implementations or S/4HANA transformations.
• Deep knowledge of SAP lifecycle and SAP Activate methodology.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, ECC, migrations, and integrations.
• Excellent English (C1) and strong stakeholder management.
• Ability to lead multi-vendor, international projects.

We are looking for a Workday Support/AMS Specialist responsible for maintaining, supporting, and improving Workday environments. This role focuses on ongoing system support, troubleshooting, administration, and ensuring smooth daily operations rather than implementation activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP implementation and transformation projects, from initiation and Discover/Prepare through Explore, Realize, Deploy, Go-Live and Hypercare.
• Manage SAP S/4HANA projects delivered in greenfield, brownfield, selective data transition, roll-out, carve-out and post-merger integration environments.
• Plan and control project scope, schedule, budget, resources, milestones, dependencies, risks and quality.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary SAP teams covering areas such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, EWM, TM, HCM, Basis, ABAP, BTP, integrations, data migration, testing and change management.
• Ensure project delivery is aligned with SAP Activate, PMO standards and the client's governance model.
• Establish and maintain project governance, including Project Charter, project plan, roadmap, communication plan, RAID log, issue log, dependency log and decision log.
• Prepare and lead Steering Committee meetings, project status meetings, quality reviews and go/no-go decisions.
• Monitor project progress, budget, resource utilization, dependencies and business/IT readiness.
• Manage communication with enterprise clients, project sponsors, PMO, business stakeholders, key users and IT teams.
• Identify, assess and actively manage project, operational, integration, migration, regulatory and organizational risks.
• Manage scope changes and assess their impact on project timelines, budget and dependencies.
• Work closely with Solution Architects, Lead Consultants, process owners and technical teams to ensure end-to-end solution alignment.
• Coordinate Unit Testing, SIT, UAT, regression, integration and performance testing activities.
• Oversee data migration planning, migration rehearsals, data quality and validation.
• Prepare and coordinate the cutover plan, including runbooks, migration windows, checkpoints, fallback scenarios and go/no-go criteria.
• Coordinate Go-Live, critical issue escalation and Hypercare activities.
• Ensure effective knowledge transfer and handover to AMS, support or client teams after implementation.
• Build strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted partner responsible for transparent project delivery and predictable outcomes.
• Translate complex technical and project-related topics into clear business language for sponsors and senior stakeholders.
• Cooperate with external partners, technology vendors, client teams and subcontractors in multi-vendor environments.
• Support presales activities, estimations, project planning, proposals and delivery models.
• Contribute to project standards, templates, lessons learned and best practices for SAP projects.
• Provide mentoring and guidance to Project Managers, PMO members and project team members.

Requirements

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in IT Project Management, including at least 5 years of experience in SAP projects.
• Proven experience managing at least 2–3 full SAP implementations or SAP S/4HANA transformations as Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Program Manager or Workstream Lead.
• Practical knowledge of the SAP project lifecycle and SAP Activate methodology, including Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy and Run.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, template roll-outs, migrations, system conversions or SAP integration projects.
• Strong project management skills covering schedule, budget, scope, resources, risks, quality, communication and stakeholder expectations.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary SAP functional and technical teams across multiple modules or project streams.
• Good understanding of key SAP implementation areas including testing, data migration, integrations, cutover, transports, SAP environments, Go-Live and Hypercare.
• Experience working with enterprise clients, project sponsors, PMO, key users, process owners and IT teams.
• Excellent English skills, minimum C1, with the ability to lead management meetings and project communication.
• Strong independence in project delivery, including status reporting, escalations, Steering Committee decisions and management documentation.
• Strong analytical, organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in complex, international and multi-vendor environments.
