Job summary

EY Poland is seeking an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead complex SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes for multinational clients. You will drive end-to-end delivery, coordinating cross-border teams and engaging senior stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

Possessing 7+ years in SAP project management, you will apply SAP Activate and Agile methods, travel within Poland and the EU, and collaborate across EY’s expansive SAP practice.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as SAP Project/Program Manager in multicultural settings.
• Led two or more full-cycle SAP implementations.
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA programme management experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Activate and end-to-end lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes in client environments.
• Manage greenfield, brownfield, and hybrid SAP deployments with Agile.
• Plan, define, and execute deliverables with progress tracking.
• Ensure project quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
• Support business development and respond to RFPs.
• Coordinate distributed, multicultural project teams.
