Job summary

Mphasis in Poland is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong SAP FICO background to lead end-to-end SAP FICO projects, including S/4HANA implementations and global rollouts. You will manage detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines while coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has 9+ years in finance or accounting with SAP FICO experience, strong PM skills across Agile and Waterfall, and excellent communication and leadership

Qualifications

• 9+ years in finance or accounting with SAP FICO implementations.
• Experience with SAP FICO modules FI, CO, COPA, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Treasury.
• PM skills in Agile and Waterfall.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP FICO projects, including S/4HANA implementations and global rollouts.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee system configuration, data migration, testing, and user training.
• Mentor and guide team members on SAP best practices and project management methodologies.
• Serve as liaison between finance stakeholders and IT teams.
• Facilitate status meetings, providing updates on project progress, risks, and issues.
