Teamup Recruitment is seeking an experienced SAP FI/CO Lead Consultant (f/m/d) to advise leadership teams on SAP Finance and Controlling in S/4HANA implementation projects. You will lead technical analysis, design, and migration efforts, and act as the main contact for project management and customer management on complex issues.

The role emphasizes team leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and active participation in proposals and new business development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience as an SAP consultant with a focus on FI/CO.
• Hands-on S/4HANA implementations (1–3 end-to-end projects) including customizing and integration.
• Strong understanding of financial and controlling processes and optimization.
• Experience leading a project and guiding cross-functional teams.
• Proven pre-sales and proposal preparation capabilities.
• Excellent client-facing communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• English B2+ and German B2+ (or willingness to learn).

Responsibilities

• Lead technical analysis, solution design, customization, and migration in S/4HANA projects.
• Guide junior consultants and contribute to staff development.
• Manage diverse client portfolios and project scope, timelines, and quality.
• Support bid teams and participate in proposals to win new business.
• Collaborate with project management and customer management across clients.
