Job summary

EPAM Systems in Warszawa is seeking a skilled SAP HANA Developer to join our team. You will design and maintain SAP HANA native models and build ETL pipelines to support analytics and operations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in SAP HANA development with strong modeling, SQLScript, and BW/4HANA familiarity. Hybrid work options within Poland are available and collaboration across teams is encouraged.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SAP HANA development or equivalent.
• Expertise in SAP HANA native modeling (Calculation Views, CDS Views, Procedures, SQLScript).
• Experience with SAP ETL workflows and data pipelines in SAP environments.
• Familiarity with SAP BW/4HANA tools and data objects.
• Proficiency with SAP Web IDE and data architecture principles.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize SAP HANA native models to support data processing.
• Build and maintain ETL pipelines from SAP and non-SAP sources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable analytics and dashboards.
• Develop end-to-end data workflows with high data quality.
• Participate in SAFe Agile routines and document best practices.
• Optimize performance for large datasets.
