Job summary

EPAM Systems in Poland seeks an experienced SAP HANA Developer to design and maintain data models, pipelines, and backend solutions for manufacturing analytics. You will drive SAP HANA native modeling, ETL workflows, and real-time insights via SAC and dashboards.

You will collaborate with engineers and analysts in an Agile environment, delivering scalable data architectures and high-quality solutions across SAP ecosystems.

Qualifications

• SAP HANA native modeling expertise with Calculation Views and SQLScript.
• Experience designing and maintaining ETL workflows and data pipelines in SAP environments.
• Familiarity with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA integration and BW/4HANA concepts.
• Proficiency with SAP Web IDE and BW/4HANA tools.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Data Eng, or related field; strong problem solving and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize SAP HANA native models and views.
• Build and maintain ETL pipelines from SAP and non-SAP sources.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create scalable data flows and architectures.
• Develop end-to-end data workflows with high data quality and troubleshoot data issues.
• Partner with frontend teams to enable real-time insights via SAC and visualization tools.
• Support analytics with custom KPIs and actionable insights from SAP HANA backend.
• Optimize data processing performance for large datasets and complex workflows.
• Contribute in cross-team projects with engineers, analysts, and solution architects.
• Participate in SAFe Agile processes and deliver incremental value to stakeholders.
• Document best practices and knowledge sharing for SAP HANA solutions.
