Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in finance technology and leadership roles managing teams and strategic initiatives.
• Strong expertise in enterprise finance systems including financial accounting, consolidation, fixed assets, taxation, period-end closing, multi-currency environments, and statutory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Defining and overseeing the finance technology roadmap, standards, and governance model across international operations.
• Leading the design and optimization of core financial processes, ensuring scalability, consistency, and regulatory compliance.
