Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a strategic leader to shape the future of finance technology across international markets. You will own the finance technology roadmap, drive governance, and ensure regulatory alignment while leading high-performing teams.

The role requires hands-on SAP expertise, deep knowledge of enterprise finance systems, and strong stakeholder management. English fluency and a track record of large-scale transformation are essential.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of finance technology experience with hands-on SAP consulting and leadership in strategic initiatives.
• Expertise in enterprise finance systems: F&A, consolidation, fixed assets, taxation, period-end closing, multi-currency, statutory reporting.
• Strong understanding of finance process integration with procurement, sales, treasury, planning, controlling.
• Experience delivering large-scale transformation programs balancing global standards with local compliance.
• Fluent English with proven ability to influence senior leaders in international environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and oversee the finance technology roadmap, standards, and governance across international operations.
• Lead design and optimization of core financial processes for scalability and compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation and digital innovation.
• Collaborate with finance, commercial, supply chain, risk, and tech teams on end-to-end business solutions.
• Manage regional and global transformation initiatives including system enhancements and adoption.
• Build and mentor high-performing teams while coordinating external partners and consultants.
