Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a strategic leader to shape the future of finance technology across international markets. You will own the finance systems landscape, drive standards, and ensure regulatory alignment with global and local needs.

In this role you will lead organisations, manage global transformation initiatives, mentor high-performing teams, and collaborate with finance, procurement, risk, and technology functions to deliver integrated, compliant solutions at scale from Kraków.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in finance technology with SAP consulting leadership.
• Strong enterprise finance systems experience across financial accounting, consolidation, fixed assets, taxation, period-end closing, multi-currency and statutory reporting.
• Experience delivering large-scale transformation programs balancing global standards with local compliance.
• Ability to lead solution design, requirements analysis, system configuration oversight and testing with stakeholders.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills for influencing senior leaders in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Defining and overseeing the finance technology roadmap, standards, and governance across international operations.
• Leading the design and optimization of core financial processes, ensuring scalability, consistency, and regulatory compliance.
• Driving automation, digital innovation, data-driven decision making, and process standardisation to improve efficiency.
• Collaborating with finance, commercial, supply chain, risk, and technology teams to deliver integrated end-to-end solutions.
• Managing regional and global transformation initiatives, including system enhancements and adoption of new capabilities.
• Building, developing, and mentoring high-performing teams while coordinating external partners and consulting providers.
