Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Senior Finance Technology Leader to shape a modern finance systems landscape across international markets. You will own the roadmap, governance, and strategic transformation initiatives while aligning global standards with local needs.

You will lead experienced teams, manage external partners, and drive automation and data-driven decision making to improve regulatory compliance and operational efficiency across finance, procurement, and planning functions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in finance technology with leadership roles.
• Expertise in enterprise finance systems including F&A, consolidation, fixed assets, taxation, period-end closing, multi-currency, and statutory reporting.
• Experience integrating finance with procurement, sales, treasury, planning, controlling.
• Fluent English and strong communication to influence senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Define and oversee the finance technology roadmap across international operations.
• Lead design and optimization of core financial processes for scalability and compliance.
• Drive automation and data-driven improvements in processes.
• Collaborate with finance, commercial, supply chain, risk, and technology teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Manage regional and global transformation initiatives and coordinate external partners.
• Build and mentor high-performing teams.
