Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a strategic leader to shape the future of finance technology across international markets. You will own the finance technology roadmap, drive enterprise systems, ensure regulatory alignment, and lead a high-performing team.

This role requires 8+ years in finance tech, SAP consulting experience, and proven ability to balance global standards with local requirements while managing program governance and stakeholder expectations.

Qualifications

8+ years in finance technology leadership roles.
Hands-on SAP consulting experience.
Experience with multi-currency environments and statutory reporting.
Proven ability to lead large transformation programs and governance.

Responsibilities

Define finance technology roadmap and governance across international operations.
Lead design and optimization of core financial processes for scalability and compliance.
Drive automation and data-driven improvements through digital innovation.
Collaborate with finance, commercial, supply chain, risk and tech teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Manage regional/global transformation initiatives, system enhancements and adoption of new capabilities.
Build, mentor, and oversee high-performing teams while coordinating external partners.
