8+ years in finance technology and leadership roles
Expertise in enterprise finance systems and reporting
Fluent English and strong communication across international teams

Responsibilities

Define and oversee the finance technology roadmap and governance across international operations
Lead design and optimization of core financial processes ensuring scalability and regulatory compliance
Drive automation, data-driven decision making, and process standardization
Collaborate with finance, commercial, supply chain, risk, and technology teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
Manage regional and global transformation programs including system enhancements and deployments
Build and mentor high-performing teams while coordinating external partners
