You will lead end-to-end solution design, collaborate with global, cross-functional teams, and influence product direction while focusing on user experience and compliance.

The role offers hybrid work and potential to work remotely within Poland, with opportunities to work abroad for up to 60 days.

Qualifications

• Strong Salesforce expertise with Service Cloud and Health Cloud.
• Background in healthcare and experience in solution design or business analysis.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.
• Experience working in global, multi-team environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end solution design to align with business needs and objectives.
• Collaborate with product stakeholders to define scope and roadmaps.
• Develop business cases and feasibility assessments for new initiatives.
• Facilitate requirement workshops with global and regional teams.
• Align designs to architectural standards with traceability to requirements.
• Focus on user experience and Salesforce out-of-the-box capabilities.
• Ensure security policies and regulatory compliance in service delivery.
• Provide input into decision-making with business stakeholders.
• Document solutions to ensure clarity in agile environments.
• Plan and coordinate deployments with project and operations teams.
• Ensure solution readiness and stability during environment transitions.
